**Please read before making your booking.**

Working Hours & Areas -

Please refer to our contact page, all the up to date information is there. 

I am based in Tadworth, so local travel within 3 mile radius of KT20 is included in my standard pricing,

Please provide me with your postcode when enquiring so I can confirm availability and any additional travel costs.

Cancellations & Swapping Appointments-

As a small business cancellations do effect us, we also appreciate things happen.

So, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or alter your appointment that you

give us a minimum notice of 48 hours so we may re-book this time.

 Less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of booking fee.

24 hours or less will be treated as a cancellation or no show and 100% of total service will be charged.

If we need to reschedule or cancel we will give you as much notice as possible, mutual respect of time!.

 

Payment & Bookings -

 Appointments are secured with a 50% booking deposit at the time of booking. This allows me to reserve dedicated time for each client and offer a relaxed, unhurried service.

The remaining balance is payable at your appointment.

Booking deposits are non refundable. Appointments may be

rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

 

Contactless card payment (all major cards excepted) preferred but also cash accepted.

 

 Sam Holton Hair reserves the right to request any payment upfront for any services.

Pricing -

All prices are 'from' and are correct as of 1st January 2026

 

Other Useful Information -

 If there isn't any parking at or very near your property,

please advise us before you book as our bags are very heavy.

Your hair needs to be clean unless otherwise specified. 

 We will need space to work so a worktop or equivalent height table will be ideal to put all our equipment

on and work off, with a normal back height chair. If you can have a space cleared that will be much appreciated.
